MARISOL PEREZ (“Mari”)
Marisol Perez was born in North Carolina and was raised in Miami Florida. Ms. Perez received her Legal Secretary Associates Degree from Florida National College in May 2001. Ms. Perez also received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University in December 2016.
She first joined the Law Offices of Pelayo Duran in July 2005. During the last 15 years she has worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Pelayo Duran and she has continuously occupied the position of Pelayo Duran’s personal legal assistant and paralegal for over 15 years assisting him in a multitude of different areas of law.
Ms. Perez is a highly skilled legal professional. Her duties consist of drafting and preparing legal documents, discovery, scheduling, deposition preparation and coordination, mediation and personally assisting Pelayo Duran with scheduling, preparing for court hearings and trials for all civil and criminal matters that Pelayo Duran handles. Over the last 15 years she has worked alongside Pelayo Duran in 1000’s of successful legal representation in many different areas of law.
Ms. Perez is fluent in Spanish and English.
